I went in for an Amazon return and the person that was working at the counter was so diligent and helpful! I didn't catch his name, but he had green hair. He was very committed to helping us and even took out a tape measure to help us find the perfect box we needed for an item in addition to helping us with the Amazon return. There were many people in there but he was quickly able to service us all without making me feel rushed. Amazing service! He deserves a raise for sure!

The store manager is a great guy who will recognize you as a customer & go out of his way to make sure you are treated well, as one of his own. His staff are very friendly & well trained. I at first felt that this store was very strict, but came to understand & appreciate how they are very attentive about following rules & protocols to ensure that the privacy of their customers is kept secure. They take care to ensure that all postage & packages are safely received accepted & held for each individual customer who must then sign for them so that there is a proper record of receipt & no confusion. I especially appreciate the fact that I do not have to be present to sign for signature required deliveries at the time they are delivered since the staff is able to accept them on my behalf. I also like that they provide me with a separate usable business address, that is not a PO Box, separate from my residential address, without having to have my own actual separate physical business location. It allows my home based business to have a more professional public image. Lastly, while packages held for me can only be picked up during the store's regular business hours, I can check my mailbox for my regular delivered usps postage 24/7 since customers are given a key to access the lobby & mailboxes after hours as needed. All of this is provided in an easily accessible location in my neighborhood making it a very helpful and convenient resource that I pay a very reasonable low monthly rate for which is further discounted if paid for quarterly, biannually or yearly. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for any of the services I described above plus more like photocopies or out going shipping services, to check out this location of The UPS Store. ~Jason Robert Litten

Terrible customer service, I will never rent another box from this location. The owner refused to accept a package that was correctly addressed to my box but since it had my business name he refused delivery costing me over a hundred dollars. The reason they do this is because they charge more for Business accounts never mind the fact that this was my second package in a year of having the box.

Super fast and friendly service. Went here because I had an Amazon return. Never did this before, I paid $1 to have a QR code sent to my email. I went to this store location and they scanned my phone and took my package (I just put the return item in a mail folder and taped it up, that was it.) and I was out in 1 minute. Tip: Yes, they do sell stamps in a booklet of 20, BUT each stamp is $0.10 more per stamp compared to USPS.
