Excellent Customer Care. A big thank you for the manager and staff. It was late at night, I was unable to get a uber back to Hotel. The manager was very helpful and took the effort to find staff who can help me to uber back, using their personal means. In addition, customer service in the shop was also great, was able to direct me to the items that I need. Great leadership from the manager. Grateful for the happy and helpful staff. Thank you.

Don’t spend too much time or money here. You will leave the store with a loaded shopping cart, but the cart locks as soon as you get to the front door. You won’t be able to make sure no one steals all the stuff you just bought out of your cart while trying to find a way to get all the bags to your car. I even asked an associate for assistance and explained my concerns. They only watched my cart for a couple minutes and then took off. Of course, they don’t ask if you want help out! Even after I explained I am injured from a recent accident and in pain. No security guard was anywhere to be found. I remembered as soon as my cart was full and I was stuck at their front door with no help that this is exactly why I don’t shop there!

This was the first time visiting this location, I love the fact that the store is well maintained and full of merchandise however, the representative checking me out had an issue with me having multiple transactions. I paid for my stuff and my other 2 daughters paid for their stuff separately. My daughters are in the stage of appreciating money therefore they pay for their own stuff with their allowance. When confronting the cashier about having an issue and asking why she had to roll her eyes she began raising her voice and cussing at me. I can’t believe how people just don’t appreciate their job and make their customers feel uncomfortable. I came to this store because of the reviews but I guess the same experience did not apply to me.

Home Goods: This store is well managed. Attentive (busy!) staff, fully stocked, clean. Cookware, bedding, inside and outside decor, lamps, mirrors. Last trip was for drinking glasses and they didn't have the usual variety, just a lot of wine and themed stuff, but I did find one of the two 4-glass sets from Tommy Bahama that fit the bill. A lot of food and kitchen gadgets. Table runners, placemats. Pet beds and other things. Towels. Scented candles. The usual suspects. And T.J. Maxx downstairs. Nice!
