Panera Bread used to be at the top of my favorites list, but not even makes the bottom of the list now. Women's restroom philthy according to my wife. glass doors covered with fingerprints top, bottom, inside and out. Out of lemon, at 2:15 pm for the water which tasted so bad nobody in our group could even drink it. It needs to be filtered or they should not serve it. When i asked for lemons because the bin was empty the employee could care less. Nuts on top of our salads were definitely stale. Portions seemed small to me. Value for price paid definitely low. This place survives only because of its location next to major retailers. We will go elsewhere from now on.

I am a member and because of me being a member, I can get free coffees. All I have to do is enter my phone number when ordering if I am ordering from the kiosk. If someone is taking my other, I just give my phone number to them. There are many other great rewards as well.

I ordered 2 Asian salads online. First they say 10 minutes and it was 16 minutes. Then the portions are appetizer size, very small and just not worth it. I won’t be going back.

Dark roast coffee is really weak. Had this happen at other stores. Not enough plugs to use. Not very friendly either. It's also hot af and the music only plays in the bathroom. Funny, they did that in San Diego too. I think it's a pattern you may want to investigate.
