I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for an employee named Edith. I frequent this postal annex any time I want to get shipping done, but I’m not going to come anymore if I see Edith inside. Every single time I engage with her she makes things difficult. The other woman who I believe is the manager is kind and accommodating- literally the polar opposite experience I have with Edith. She’s unyielding with her unaccommodating principles, and lacks empathy. Please consider better hiring practices in the future. It makes a difference.

I love postal 💋 annex for all my family's post office and mailing needs. They do copies, copy my keys, and even have a notary public that is pleasant and everyone is so thoughtful and receptive to my needs! What more could you ask for in a city 💙FULL of dying customer service skills, Los Angeles is severely lacking in customer service...
