I use them to service all of my Honda vehicles for a while now. The maintenance and repair activities has been first rate and professional. The staff is first rate, but I do miss my previous longtime Service Advisors - Jaime and Bob, you are missed.

Very friendly and responsible staff. I took my car for service. My service consultant was Akbar, very friendly and profesional person. He gave me an updates regarding service duration over the phone by test messages. Everything was as expected. Thank you for very customer centralized and quality service.

Don't waste your time on this dealership! They don't respect their customer or their time at all. Last week I was inquiring about a specific new vehicle over the phone. I was told that they currently don't have any of them on the lot, but as soon as they receive some new ones they could sell it to me for the MSRP + 495$ markup, and no dealer accessories, which sounded like a good deal. Later in the call I was told that they will receive some of these models later this month, and they should know what they will be receiving really soon. I was offered to give my contact information so when they will get that information we can close the deal. No one called me back, and after a few days I saw on their website that they currently have the discussed vehicle on the lot, so I decided to call them myself. I was connected with the same salesman but now he was telling me that there is no way they could make this deal happen, and he even insisted that no one in their company could've made that offer in the first place! I guess this was just a way for them to keep me from buying the vehicle from other dealerships by offering this "good deal", until they have one of them on their lot, so they can try to sell it for whatever price they want while I still need one.

I stopped by this Woodland Hills Honda location to get a part for my car. My sister lives across the street and I went to drop off something for her so it made sense to just stop by here. I went inside the showroom first but an employee was nice enough to tell me where the parts area was. The employee working the parts department was very patience with me since I didn't know the name of the part but showed him pictures of what I needed. He printed me out a diagram and I was able to see the part. You are paying a higher price for the part but it's a genuine honda part and you're getting it from the dealership. They didn't have it there so I had to order it and I was told it should come by tomorrow.

You have to push the botton the remote but if the honking doesn't stop, you may need to disconnect the battery then disconnect the wire that's hooked up to the horn its self. Wish I was Superman, then I would just fix that problem for you instead!
I really don't know about it I only pass by to get my morning hot chocolate at the gas station
No
Parts will sometimes vary or supersede even from 1 year to another. You should call the parts dept. and ask for the part numbers for each year.
Only if its required for the repair or maintance issue you take it in for, but you can not just go smog it.. FYI: There service department under cunstruction at the current date 3/29/18
It's always best to make an appointment at a dealer to save time. If they are not busy then you would be asked to wait. You should call them
Yeah they have a little room with bunch of things to keep kids entertained
