Every REI that I’ve been has been great but I really needed to recognise an employee from this location: Fritz. He exceeded any expectation I could’ve had trying to find camping gear orientation. Fritz was SO patient, he provided clear information and all the time was super kind explaining EVERY detail to EVERY question that my husband and I could’ve had. Honestly this guy made the whole experience!! Have the attention from a person exactly like Fritz, is the reason why we decided to get everything from REI and not just order from Amazon. He is a keeper REI!

REI is the King of ourdoor/hiking equipment. I go here regularly, and am a member. I have never felt short on the customer service. They even allowed me to exchange a hiking shoe that I used for few weeks that didn't fit my feet perfectly. I will always go here because of the great service! Especially, this location because the staff are so friendly.

This area is great. It’s really big. The people are very knowledgeable. They’re lacking some stuff now probably because of Covid. As far as product is concerned. Put on Alta really nice store. I’m a very nice mall.

Everyone is always helpful and things are easy to find in an attractive time atmosphere. Parking isn't so great, but there are some REI reserved spots out front that I recommend if you're not visiting the whole mall. Wish it could be cheaper, but what can you do. If you dont know already, you need to be a member. Also, I suggest signing up for emails and waiting for deals to come through to determine when you shop.
