Rented 3 nice apartments in Woodland Hills & Canoga Park, AMLI is by far the best operated place we have experienced! Their crew always makes sure everything is in order, always maintained right! Everyone from Javier to Stephanie working here, they’ve gone above and beyond to help us feel like we’re home. We’ll be missing all the amenities and help from them end of this month when we move, finally bought our own place. Thanks to everyone for all their hard work!

When I initially moved in I really liked my experience however these past couple of days have made me feel very disregarded. I have had work orders put in recently to address a water heater issue, a broken light switch, a potential leak in my sink and my dishwasher, and most recently my washing machine stopped working and had a very peculiar smoking smell come out of it. This is a Saturday and I was expecting maintenance to come address the other work orders yesterday as it was told to me by a representative that I will have maintenance address the issues on Friday (9/10/21), I phoned into the office today to get at the very least the washing machine issue addressed as there was a smoking sensation and it will not run another load and the person I spoke to you let me know that they may be able to get someone to address my issue by tomorrow or Monday since someone canceled my work orders. I was not made aware my work order was canceled as I was told it was moved to Friday. The representative I spoke with today told me that management does not work weekends and when I expressed my concern about my things molding due to them remaining wet she informed me that my wet clothing submerged in dirty water will not mold because it is “in water” and to stop trying to use the washing machine and keep my clothing submerged underwater until they can get somebody to address the issue. She also said that “these things happen and to keep it from slipping through the cracks I should call and remind them” as if it was my responsibility to remind them of their work orders as a resident. Not to mention that the rent has gone up incredibly high and all of the fees that they end up charging you go well over your rent price, now you are required to do their clerical work for them and remind them of their maintenance orders. All I asked was to get my washing machine address at the very least and there was absolutely no regard for my issue, no accountability for the fact that they canceled the work orders even though they were supposed to move it and come to my apartment this Friday to complete said work orders, no respect for the fact that we pay an egregious dismount in rent to get access to things like emergency maintenance. This was a very disappointing way to end my journey at AMLI. Until this experience I was the biggest advocate for this complex, AMLI I encourage you to train your staff to have compassion and understanding and to not throw accountability. It reflects poorly on your company. - sincerely, a disappointed soon to be former resident. This apartment building is very nice very clean and very well organized. I’ve lived at the AMLI Warner Center about five years ago for three years and I was very satisfied. The committee has a very nice pool and the Jacuzzi and two separate areas for barbecues next to the pool with a fireplace. Also behind the community building there is couple more barbecue areas and exercise areas as well as a dog park I recommend this apartment building to anyone that would like Take me to Woodland Hills area.
