I have never had a problem with ALLO. The internet is reliable and the speed consistent. Customer support is prompt

I love that ALLO is local and the calls are answered here. It gets us more personal service faster. The techs are great and really want to help the customer. Best customer service.

Superb Internet. TV is dismal. Picture stutters and we've had to recover our dvr twice. First time was unsuccessful losing all settings and shows on it. Second time was recovered successfully.

I am a new customer. So far I love everything about Allo. Amazing customer service!

They finalized installation for the block of 13th to 12th, A to B today 12-21-20

All new subscribers are eligible. If you are a current customer then you must upgrade your service before the deadline
Probably not just scoot your house over
The 45 dollar plan is 50 MBPS. Still good as long as you don't have too many devices connected at 1 time. Hope this helps. You can always try it and go back to 500 MBPS if you need to.
I pay $65 which includes taxes for 300 mbps up and 300 mbps down speeds have been consistent since day one of installation and no outages versus spectrum. Their billing is insanely simple compared to Windstream which they had a promotion for $20 I ended up paying over $120 over a three-month.because they couldn't get their billing straight Which force me to cancel Windstream.
With respect call ALLO in the morning. I could go over the process but it could be several things. A tech can come out free of charge and help with your issue. If need be switch out whatever is causing the issue. ALLO never has a problem fixing things or making it right. Good luck! :)
Not yet. The amount of data it takes for a clear TV signal, Spectrum can handle easily. It's the internet speeds that are much faster with fiber. And copper wiring breaks down far more quickly than fiberglass.
300Mbs up/down is $65, that's including fees and taxes. 1Gbs up/down service is $95
Hi Vickie! It appears that is not a serviceable address at this time and we do not have an ETA if it will have service in the future, but you may definitely view more information about our services at allocommunications.com. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Hello there, Marie! We suggest reprogramming your remote. Here is a link to our remote programming video: https://support.allocommunications.com/article/i-got-a-new-remote-how-do-i-program-it/. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
If you're experiencing any sort of outage, calling in and reporting it is going to be your best bet!
Internet Nebraska and Allo are 2 different companies. The don't collect payments for each other.
Great question, Travis! Currently, we aren't available in Waverly—we're always looking for new areas to expand to so we appreciate you reaching out with your interest. Our most popular package is a flat $70 a month for 500 Mbps internet off of our unique-fiber optic connection. Thank you!
It could be a connection with Allo
What speed do you have now?
Maybe
From personal experience, it's the amount of time it takes them to do any actual work for you and the unwillingness to fix their mistakes, is outrageous. We had our line placed and they only buried it an inch down. It took them almost 3 months and my husband threatenimg to contact a lawyer for them to come back and fix the mistake, because they just wanted to keep putting the blame on the original company they had contracted to lay the lines.
I don't know you would have to call them
I am just another customer just like you. Call them and they will help you.
No, it isn't. It says what communities they are in on their website
I would make them
I just got internet only. Ask Allo I guess, their remote.
Yes
All pricing is the same for all customers. Check out https://www.allocommunications.com/get-allo/lincoln/
Check the batteries
It really depends on what services you are looking for. I would say the pricing in general is within reason considering the local market.
Fixed prices for everyone, we all pay the same price
If you have Allo fiber installed you should have a WiFi server with a specifically assigned password and Allo account number.
They are super booked up with installation, they're working extremely hard to get everyone installed and running. I would call them to setup an appointment. You would love their fast internet speed once you're all setup!
No
Good luck
Allo tv has been conducting maintenance on tv service for select shows as of recent. Due to technical difficulties multiple tv networks have been suffering from heavy pixelation and freezing, although i would call in to their customer service to be safe because it is possible that this could be a separate issue that they can take care of.especially if its been happening for you for longer than just the past couple days
At this time they do not plan to bring service to your address. According to their online fiber map. They may plan to expand out to you in the future however.
I would call ALLO customer service. Sometimes it needs synced and rebooted 3 times. If you dont feel comfortable, have a technician come out. They will also have the proper equipment if it needs replaced.
Nelnet is the Parent Company of Allo
Hi Bob! ALLO does offer “On Demand” with our TV service. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thanks!
The deposit shows as $150. You do have options to waive that if you show a current utilities bill (with it being current/up to date) or signing up for automatic bill pay through them.

All devices are connected via fiber optic cables. Phones however are a phone line to the router or modem, then they are carried by the fiber optics.
