They are super booked up with installation, they're working extremely hard to get everyone installed and running. I would call them to setup an appointment. You would love their fast internet speed once you're all setup!

There is fiber within 3' of our property. I was told by business sales we would be contacted by now.

If there is fiber in your area, a simple call to Allo will get them there rather quickly. Perhaps they have not installed the fiber yet? It would be worth checking with the company.
