From personal experience, it's the amount of time it takes them to do any actual work for you and the unwillingness to fix their mistakes, is outrageous. We had our line placed and they only buried it an inch down. It took them almost 3 months and my husband threatenimg to contact a lawyer for them to come back and fix the mistake, because they just wanted to keep putting the blame on the original company they had contracted to lay the lines.
Their customer service is amazing along with their service. I'm not sure why they're not Better Business Bureau accredited.
