Do you provide a shuttle from the Airport to the car rental AND from the car rental to the airport after dropping off the vehicle? If so, is there a cost to the shuttle either direction?

Yes, the do. It does not have an additional cost.

Yes round trip shuttle is provided at no additional cost. The shuttle service was pretty quick, no longer than a 5 minute wait.

It does not have!!! Because I arrived at the airport at midnight and they closed at 11:30pm and didn't warn me! I laugh at it! I spent $70 on uber because I didn't have a car. Bad company.
