Where do I begin ? One word , Thomas Milana . Ive never had anyone be so helpful and accommodating especially in a stressful situation . Thomas waited for me to finish dropping off my car while he was there to pick up another guest , so i could catch a ride with them and not have to wait again . He was quite the gentlemen and I truly appreciated it . He was knowledgable , patient , and got me in & out quickly . Thanks Thomas you rock !

So I purchased a 2020 hyundai elantra about 3-4days ago. I was told all vehicles are certified. By whom I don't know. Anyway I heard noises coming from my brakes. Steering wheel is making noise. Wheel alignment is way off. I went back and spoke to sales manager James. He asked if they can make it right. Why did they say the vehicle has this and this wrong. Thats being correct and honest. I waisted a Entire day. Oh yeah and still no vehicle. They wanted to sell me another car. That's their way of making it correct

Was told that customer service would be able to resolve a very minor issue regarding my rewards plus account. Escalated my situation and I was completely let down by the manager that reached out to me. She was very unapologetic and full of excuses instead of trying to find some kind of resolution to my problem. Didn’t offer me anything for the inconveniences I encountered due to their unprofessionalism and lack of customer support/service. On top of everything the car I received was in poor condition stains all of the roof and holes in the floor. Another customer there also mentioned how they received a car in horrible condition. Hi Sherrill. If I'm not mistaken they do have a pick up service. Just call the 800 # to schedule it. Hope this helps. 😊
You can call and ask if they charge you a fee more times there is but I've had them need the car for more rentals and waive it for me.

It depends on the day but usually I don't pay more than 45 for a basic car. Also there is a deposit if paying with a debit card
