Poor customer service. Representative barely greeted us and sounded less than enthused. We told him the exact cars that we were interested in and he made an excuse for all of them. And normally if they say a car is sold or has an issue or is out on a test drive.... the next thing that comes out of a real Sales Representative's mouth is "Is there any other car that you want to see and or are interested in? " But no... he said nothing and instead turned away from us and ignored us. Is this the treatment you give all of your customers? Or just the African American ones? NEVER AGAIN.

Great prices, great cars. The attitude of this Jhalil person was BAD! After we gave him the down-payment it all went downhill. He wasn't clear, or helpful, after he said to come back in 45 minutes he said maybe it's going to be another hour, he'd bark and then walk away, he turned into a jerk! The guy even started raising his voice to my wife (so I gave him an ultimatum and he toned it down). We were tempted NOT to sign all the documents, ask for a refund and go somewhere else! But right then, Mauricio (a real gentleman and salesman) stepped in and helped us with EVERYTHING! ABSOLUTELY GREAT! He turned a bad experience into a great one. He should be promoted to manager. He was clear, helpful, empathetic and 100% customer focused. Thank you Mauricio González!
