For Disney Area it's good if you have a car, If I remember well, $28 self parking and $35 Valet. Self parking is easy you park next to your building easy access. Valet a bit of a walk. Valet guys a good and nice. I was there for a short time.

We discovered after checkout that they had put a more than $1000 hold on our debit card, even after my husband's job had called to straighten out the fact that they were paying for the room. Regardless of the situation, that is the most ridiculous incidental hold I have ever heard of. A hotel that handles business/convention should be able to handle these situations with more class. Would not recommend!

I would like to begin this review with a kudos and outstanding service provided by Viviana in the Tropicale. Viviana provided excellent service to us and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. I have emailed the management team with this feedback as well, but I wanted to spotlight her and provide the positive experience she provided our family. We stayed at Caribe Royale from Sept. 30th until October 2nd. We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our room was beautiful with great views. The pool was one of the best I have been to. It is a large pool with a water slide and waterfall. I would recommend the seating under the waterfall as it is relaxing for a good book or to decompress. There are great dining options at the hotel and the hotel itself is in a good location if you wanted to venture out to eat. Check in and check out was a smooth process and the staff was warm and made us feel at home. I would recommend staying here and our family looks forward to coming back on future trips to Orlando. Thank you Caribe Royale!

Front desk was very accommodating and helped me fix a booking error. The hotel bar had great drinks and bartenders.

5-15 minutes depending on traffic
We do offer free Wi-Fi for up to 4 devices. Caribe Royale Guest Relations
Dear Sandra, The WiFi for up to 4 devices is included in the resort fee. Guest Relations
Considering they like charging for parking despite there barely being any available half the time, I'm sure they'd love to take your money to use the pool. If I were you though, I'd go get passes to the Disney water parks down the street. Probably the only reasonably priced daily and annual passes Disney has
Hello Anna, The Caribe Royale will not be providing shuttle service to the Marriott. You would need to check with Marriott and your group coordinator. Thanks for your question! Guest relations
Yes. The resort fee is $28 per room per night and it's $10 to self park or $15 to valet. I was just there last weekend.
Yes at the bar. Which is close to the pool.
I've seen people in the cabanas but they're kind of small. we were a large group so we elected not to get one
Breakfast is not included but Cafe24 was a good option. Also, te coffee shop in tower 2 was not a bad option either for something quick.
Yes ask when you make your reservations, it's considered an upgrade. We had the King Suite 1 br with an outer room sleeper sofa tv fridge set up very nicely felt like a living room the in between rooms is a sink counter, accross is the master bath/jacuzzi. Large beautiful room. We'll worth it!
There is but there is a charge of 14 per person.
Yes, for most guests it is free and is limited to two devices per room. Your D/L and U/L speeds will vary depending on which area of the hotel you're in as well as the time of day as is how bandwidth congestion usually works. As a previous answer mentioned, there is an option to purchase premium wireless internet access which is generally geared more towards business class guests. This premium internet delivers faster speeds, provides stronger security, and does not have a two device limit.
I was there for 3 days and I haven’t see any pets around Call and ask
Their shuttle just goes to Disney
Your best bet is a nearby Wawa gas station as they usu have electric and even Tesla charging stations
I did see shuttle services. It is limited times and you have to get voucher from front desk.
Yes, currently those fees are included in the hotel fee.
Hi! Our breakfast buffet is $20 for adults and $10 for children ages 4-12.
When we were there last month they reimbursed Uber and Lyft rides to the parks.
Yes and no currently there are no shuttles running to Disney but the hotel will reimburse you for a taxi Uber or Lyft to and from the parks they deduct it from your hotel bill you just have to show them the paid invoice from the app on your phone.
Dear Aletha, No we do not give points for Southwest Airlines. Thank You. Guest Relations
Hello Ginger! You can use a debit or credit card. We recommend a credit card because the hold for incidentals is released much faster than a debit card. Thanks for asking!
We were not offered any. But the food was good in all the restaurants that we tried
Hello Joyce! No we do not offer shuttle service to and from the airport. You have several options, Super Shuttle, a cab (expensive) or an Uber or Lyft. (Probably the least expensive). Thank you for your question!
Hello Pamela! Yes you can have outside guests, however they have to pay for parking for each vehicle. Thanks! Guest Relations
Hello Rich, Unfortunately there are no tours to either of those spots. You might be able to find independent companies that do. Thank you, Guest Relations
As far as I know there isnt a shuttle. My friends had to pay for a Uber.
They have some on site
yes you can but you must be registered
Do not know. Did not see a shuttle or Disney transportation.
No, unfortunately not. However you can contact reservations and see if you can cancel the current reservation and book a breakfast package instead.
Yes we do have handicap accessible rooms. Definitely specify during your reservation. Handicap accessible rooms are available based upon availability during check-in. Guest Relations
Yes. I used a credit card. They held $100 on my card for 2 nights. I spent $121...so the hold came off after checkout when they put the charge through. It was nice that they told me the hold at the desk when I checked in. Expect a larger hold for more days. The resort fee is not charged using hotwire, hotels.com etc. So they need to hold at least $28 per day per room. Self Parking is $10 a day and valet $15 so they hold that too. Figure on $50 a day. Hope that helps.

Greetings, La-Toya Hernandez, we do not have any "hidden fees" since the fees are listed throughout the booking process on both our website as well as third party booking sites that we do business with. We do this to ensure our guests are aware of the fee and can plan ahead for the added expense. Our resort fee is $25 plus tax per night, and our parking fee is $10 plus tax, per vehicle, per day. We do take a hold on credit cards for room and incidentals upon check-in and only authorize more on your card if there is any room charges exceeding the amount originally held. The exact amount of the hold is calculated based on number of nights and method of payment. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact the hotel. Have a great day! Caribe Royale Guest Relations
Yes there is a couple stories to stock up on
Greetings, K B, the exact amount of the hold is calculated based on number of nights and method of payment. It is common practice for hotels to hold an additional amount for incidentals (i.e. any room charges for food & beverage items, etc.). The amount of time it takes for the hold to be released back into your account is generally between three and five business days, depending on your banking institution. Have a great day! Caribe Royale Guest Relations

No problem after 3pm. And yeah, those photos are from convention group check ins. The hotel has a convention center.
Don't know about that...
Greetings, Amalia Milia, yes our pools are heated. We maintain the pool temps between 81 - 83 degrees year round. We have two hot tubs in our main pool area that are maintained between 101 - 103 degrees. Have a great day! Caribe Royale Guest Relations
That I don't know. I did see a basketball court across from tower 1.
They have a bus to the ticket center, then you take a ferry or monorail. But we found uber with a child seat to be very easy, about 25 bucks a trip. Drop off at bay lake tower contemporary resoet and walk to the park.
Buy in advance unless you want to do a time share presentation. If you do the presentation then the tickets are cheaper.
I'm sure they can accommodate you from rose pedals to champagne waiting for you before you open the door.
Hi Judith, according to my Google Assistant, it is 8 miles away. If you take I-4 E, it will take you about 17 minutes to get there.
Inside the main tower, there are two bars, three sit down restaurants, and one cafe with decent food but also snacks and drinks including coffee & tea. In tower 2, there is another smaller cafe. It doesn't serve as much, but you can get snacks and coffee there as well.
There are many beaches near Oralando. The nearest one is Cocoa which is 50 miles far and then Datona beach which is 65 miles around far .
We had a couple Amazon packages delivered there. They accept them and then bring them to your room. I don’t know if they will accept packages before you check in.
Approx an hour's drive. There are tour services which can take you to Cape Canevaral and back with pickup and drop off at the hotel. Around $110 including park tickets
They don't have free breakfast, but before you book check out the different Web pages. Some offer breakfast included, I booked a week, they offered it free if you had AAA.
Greetings, S Green, we do have a parking fee of $10 plus tax per vehicle, per day. We implemented the parking fee in order to deter non-guests from parking on our private property which greatly improves overall guest experience and safety. Have a great day! Caribe Royale Guest Relations
20-30 minutes depending on time of the day. They also offer a shuttle service directly there and back if need be. Not sure if it's free.
