*PEDIATRIC CARDIOLOGY DEPT* FRONT DESK, ERICA is amazing, polite, and the first one out of the 5 that I spoke to, who made my daughters Ortho medical release form, a priority, and didn't just pass me off again. =) It's been over a week of calling to get this form completed. I do understand though because, sadly, it seems as though this department is understaffed. Every time you call, there is a 90% chance that you'll be placed on hold for over 5 minutes. Im Hoping that they get the funding, or whatever they need, to fully staff this busy department. I feel bad for those girls, they work their butts off!

Don’t go if you dislike doctors and medical staff to afraid of you suing them to actually help you. They lie bold face too.
