Yes, and with uber we found it quicker to the park than using the disney bus sysyem from the Disney Old Key West Resort.
Just make sure you book your "reservation" with the concierge for the bus to the Disney transportation center as it can fill up and you will need to then get a Lyft or an Uber.

They have a shuttle service bus to Disney that takes you there and back that's free to ride. Depending on traffic it's about 20 minutes away.
