People were very friendly. Comfortable beds and with everything you need for your stay. If you want your room to be made up, you have to ask reception. Great breakfast!! It has a free bus to universal studios. In front of a large outlet

wouldn’t recommend to anyone! our first time staying here and definitely our last. the hotel is sketch and this morning before our check out time, one of the employees unlocked our room without a knock or simply checking the system. it was a total invasion of privacy. staff was completely rude, and eerie smells throughout the whole floor. our sheets didn’t seem clean either. if i were you, stay at a hilton, marriott, wyndham, anything well known. the money will be well worth it.

First time trying out the Clarion Inn and I must say the photos did not disappoint. Customer service was wonderful and very helpful (even the housekeepers). The location is great with everything not to far away. The only flaw was that they had only one microwave which was in a room by the pool area. Hopefully in the future every room can have it's own. Other then that, you guys have earned a repeating customer.

Yes, about a 5 min. drive to Universal. Lots of restaurants around the area. Free shuttle is you don't have car or choose not to drive.
Hotel does not have a shuttle but universal isn't too far.

Yes, the parking is free. But they have construction going on right now so it's a little bit of a mess.
