We stayed here for only 1 night even though I booked 2 nights. There were ants in our room (more than what I videoed). There are no ice machines, but the front desk did give me a bag of ice. There is still no breakfast due to COVID, even though the rest of the world has adapted. Could use a good cleaning and new carpet.

An outdated hotel in need of immediate renovation. Includes kitchen and stove. Low level service. There is not enough manpower. Central location close to Universal. Plenty of parking.

It is 12:37 am and I have to be at work tomorrow morning at 8. My room key deactivated and the manager Cesar would not reactivate my room key saying it’s a private room. I booked it through Airbnb and said I need to contact the owner. So I have to sit here until my host respond, that is unacceptable. He said that My card was near my cell phone when I know it wasn’t I purposely keep it separate pockets. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

I do not recommend this hotel, when I went with my family they stole all the money during one night, very insecure.
They receive and charge 5 US for delivery. They have a detailed record of what was received and delivered. You can pay the 5 US dollars at the moment or charge it to your account. I advise you to make grouped purchases so that you get a single package with several products.
Good night, Claudio! I was recently staying at this hotel and nothing happened. Everything is quiet. The hotel is very good. The room looks like a flat, with a living room, kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. I recommend.

Nana, they charge $ 5 per package. I bought some things on amazon and 4 different packages came, I paid 20 dollars. If you get it from Amazon, I suggest using a locker. There is one very close by.

I think the price is almost the same than online. Near the Friday's (a few blocks away) there's a tourism stand where the prices are quite cheaper (there are also gift shops around where you can get official Disney merchandise at almost half the park's prices). Take a walk around! You won't regret it

With my friends we stayed knowing about the claims but nothing ever happened to us. The employees are super attentive and helpful. The transfer to the parks is true, you have to respect the schedules and sign up on time.
