4 day stay for family vacation and I absolutely loved it!! It's 5 minutes away from the airport and the Location is Amazing!! My son and I had a huge Suite with views of the Marina! Right across the street a gorgeous park, facing the harbor! Simply Breathtaking at Sunset!! The front desk staff were all amazing and kind, as were the hotel staff. And the 2nd floor outdoor pool and patio was the perfect place to Wind down after a long day of touring the city! Highly recommended!!

As a Hilton platinum member I was treated extremely well. Free upgrades and half price parking. The staff was very friendly. The room was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was run of the meal hotel breakfast. Overall I would recommend it and will stay here again.

Positive: Loved the location so close to the water, trolley and Little Italy. The outdoor sitting area and pool area were great. Negative: Not the hotels fault that there are so many homeless people. It would be nice if the staff at the hotel would clean the side of the building on a regular basis to get rid of the urine smell.

This hotel is perfectly situated downtown. You can walk to everything including the port. We enjoyed covered, secure parking and a delicious continental breakfast. We walked to little Italy for dessert and sea port village for dinner. We always felt safe. We have already booked our next stay in November before our cruise.

Ours had a good size bathroom with easy access that would be great for families or disabled too, had plenty of counter space, good linen & bath products supplied and resupplied daily and the hair dryer worked great. I really enjoyed staying at this location for 5 nights.
I'm not sure. We went to walk after checkout and left the car loaded with luggage in their parking lot.

If you call the hotel before arriving you can arrange the van to pick you up. The van has a schedule that goes tonthe airport. Just stayed there last week.
I'm not sure. My job position did not usually require me to enter guest rooms.

There are refigerators in the rooms but not microwaves. but they do have a microwave in the lobby
No microwaves in the rooms but you do get charged for water
It is 11:00 A.M. We asked and they let us check out at 11:30, though.
It cost that much at just about all the hotels.
