I left toiletries and and a chain (that was gifted to me by a recently deceased family member) in my hotel room after my stay. I immediately called and let them know that I would be able to pick up the items that were left. The Manager of room service claimed she would give me a call back regardless if the items were "found" or not found. I would hope that the cleaning staff manager would have the character to handle this situation. I never received a call back and I'm very disappointed. Obviously, never leave items in a hotel and expect them back. But I really wish I was the exception and not the rule here. I also wish I got the call back that I was promised, even if it was to tell me my items weren't "found".

This place is absolutely awful. For my wedding we booked out 20 rooms for out of town relatives and asked The Handlery to provide food and alcohol for 50 people for an after party. We should've known better. When trying to contact the events department it took SO LONG despite various calls and emails. Finally, a woman named Stella returned our phone call and asked us to meet her the following day to go over the contract and event. Of course she was too "busy" to meet up with us and left the contract in the front with the concierge. When we had questions he wasn't able to answer obviously because it was not his dept. My mother spent another $1000 for drinks and food. When we got to the venue all the food had been eaten by what I'm assuming was other guests checking in (it was past 11pm). We told the bartender and he said he did not know anything regarding an after party. He would not serve us drinks unless we paid cash because no one had told him that we were even coming in even though we had already paid for the drinks. Terrible service. And of course when we went woke up the next day Stella or her manager was nowhere to be found and no one had no idea what happened the night before despite us showing them the contract. If I could put 0 stars on this review I would. Awful service. So disappointing.

We booked this hotel because it looked nice in the pictures and was reasonably priced. However, when we entered our room, there were two squatters already inside. The receptionist gave us a new room and a breakfast voucher to compensate. New room wasn’t super clean either but you get what you pay for. Parking is also not included so you have to pay a $15 fee per day. The breakfast was yummy though and staff were friendly.

The hotel rooms are decent for the price but not as clean as you would like. Fortunately, the front desk stuff was kind enough to offer me a different room or sending cleaning service. Their pool and hot tub are very nice and the whole space is amazing however the sun loungers and chairs feel super old, dirty and ugly (just a personal opinion in that last one… but the outdoor of this place could be soooo much better) There are a couple businesses inside such a restaurant and saloon, and their parking has security at night which is great for a deeper sleep… even though is close by the airport, I didn’t hear any annoying plane sound. I might come back for a quick business stay, but wouldn’t come with my wife…

Yes it does.

I would contact the company which may or may not be the Handlery Hotel where you booked your stay. This information is on your booking confirmation email. Hope this helps.
No
Not sure. I am a local.
Shouldn't be a problem, the front desk staff is very friendly and would most likely be happy to help at no cost.
Hi Peter, We don't have any charging stations. The closest charging station is at Fashion Valley Mall located 0.8 miles away from the hotel. Thank you.
I did not eat in the restaurant, but I did order room service and it was very good. I believe there is a small refrigerator in the room. The rooms are pretty large and some have balconies which is great. There is also a coffeemaker in the room.
Yes 9-5
There is an elevator to get to the Meeting rooms that are on the second floor. However, there are no elevators to the guest rooms above the first floor. So it depends on whether you are staying in a room or attending a meeting or event.
