Auto Glass Now

Visited the place after someone broke my rear glass. Had to bring in some used glass for the appointment because they couldn't get the new glass anywhere. Got quote over the phone and said they could do the job. On the appointment day the place didn't open until 20 minutes after the posted hour so I waited. When they finally opened I showed the guys the key and and the glass. They took it in without a complaint. Then Josh said they couldn't do it because of a dent near one edge. The dent was by no means in the glass's way. Asked him if we could just put a bit of extra glue near the dent, he claimed that he couldn't do it because the dent would put the company's name on the line. This is despite the fact that they offer no warranty for used glass anyway. I also specifically mentioned that I wouldn't blame him even if there was an issue i.e. a small leak due to the dent. Guy might be playing with me or hated me which ever way I wouldn't know. Later in the day I got another glass place to do the job without a fuss. I was basically shown the door without a compelling reason. Then I had to spend hours more trying to resolve the issue on the same day. This has not happened anywhere else or at this place before. Definitely not pleasant to work with someone with strong will or ill will who wasted a lot of my time plus the technician's time.

they do good work good prices and dont have to wait to long. I got 3 windows fixed there. it was one guy that just left glue all on my window and didn't get most of the glass out my door but he dont work there nomore so that a good thing.

DO NOT GO HERE. INCOMPETENCE. Scheduled my windshield replacement, dropped it off, they call me to say no one ordered the windshield. Then, the nexr day, the broken glass they blew all over w an air hose into the locking mechanism. Can't open the rear door now. Sorry, take it to a body shop is what they told me!!!! Infuriating! Never go here.

The staff was so nice! They replaced 2 windows on my Honda Accord that were broken from someone trying to steal my car. I called and got a quote from Safelite first. They quoted me $850! Auto Glass Now charged me $432. Which is still cheaper than my $500 insurance deductible. They really do mean you save 50%. That's not a BS advertisement on the building. Thank you guys so much! Took them an hour and it was done the same day.
