In my experience, this company is much more efficient and cost effective than attorneys. I also appreciate that this company explains things in detail and informs you every step of the way. Highly recommended! Small business but they are easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. I was given a lot of things to read but they were available to answer every question I had. I would advise to contact them via email, I got responses faster that way. The court part takes a while (I'm sure covid does not help!) but they are not to blame. Overall great experience

Hello.. I need to know. Is my lease broken if I open a escrow case. My landlord put on my lease that a sump pump would be done in a year... I moved in Nov. 2016 after numerous calls and complaints I finally had to open a escrow case in June 2018.
