Move here 4 months ago. We love it. It's peaceful, everything is convenient for us. Parking in front of our unit. My husband's wheelchair fits through the doors. Everything is not perfect but this is perfect for our needs. Management has been very helpful whenever we call.

what they don't tell you is that the air conditioners are like motel rooms and you only get air in one room. Ill have a review for the heater when the winter comes but it is quiet here.

My boyfriend and I lived here for about 4.5 months, the only reason we left early was a personal reason that caused us to move out of state. PROS: We really enjoyed living here! The ladies in the office were always nice and welcoming. We never had a bad experience with them. I love that they do monthly events like bbqs and breakfasts and what not. It makes it feel more like a home than just an apartment. We also loved the landscaping of the area, it was beautiful. We have a dog so we utilized the dog park A LOT and it made it so easy to let our pup run around and burn some energy off. Another pro is that the couple of times we needed maintenance done, they were on it! We never waited more than a day IF that. CONS: Not many but a few. The units don’t come with a fridge so you have to supply your own which made things a little harder when we moved in but definitely not a deal breaker. One major con is that the apartment is nearly impossible to keep cool without running the air constantly. Even on days when it wasn’t super hot outside, it was still very hot in our apartment. The room was hardest to keep cool because there’s only one air conditioner in the living area. Also we got our bike stolen off of our patio, it was locked up and someone still broke the lock and took it. I know that’s not the complex’s fault but it does make it harder that’s its not gated. They do have night time security and I have seen them myself multiple time out walking around at night. The area did feel safe though for sure! Overall we loved living here and would choose this place again if we ever came back to the area. There is pros and cons to every place but definitely way more pros here! :)

Love the apartments, I have been here a year & Everything is always kept clean & neat within the gym, laundry rooms, pool areas, & maintaince of the property. I also love that as soon as a malfunction happens within my apartment maintenance is on it! At my old apartments it would be days/weeks, but here If I put in a problem it is resolved shortly after in the same day. I highly recommend these apartments. The only down side is that there can be bugs, ants around june/july are the worst. & Spiders are a given, I take it upon myself to purchase bug sprays to keep handy & spray regularly & don't have too big of an issue. &The ants around this time can be a nuisance, They do come & spray the grounds every thursday on different areas, I made a complaint due to the ant issue this year & they made sure the bug guy came to my apartment & sprayed my problem areas, both inside & outside. Which, I really appreciated!
