I dont even know where to start.... Cons: * the mail room for broken into and it took them a long time to fixed it, we had to keep going to the usps to get our mail which is very inconvenient. * new staff esp one lady is very rude, she doesn't let you finish voice out your concerns and keeps interrupting you and giving you excuses. * I had to fight them all the time regarding my packages that goes into the concierge that I paid for, Everytime I have packages, the locker opens up and no packages for me to retrieve and they won't help you retrieve it. So Goodluck with all your packages getting lost.

This place has gone downhill. We thought the cockroaches and management were bad last summer, but boy, was I wrong. Sadly, the entire renting situation in the Inland Empire is godawful at the moment, but please don’t rent here. Prices are unnecessarily astronomic, I have cockroaches falling out of my microwave vent (which is highly disturbing given how much of a clean freak I am), they have a HUGE stray cat problem, and the trashes can go several days without getting picked up (it’s SUPPOSED to be Sun thru Thurs, but heck if we’re told anything). On top of all this, good luck getting any kind of response on anything, whether it’s being told what changes are taking place or if we leave a voicemail wondering why our garbage isn’t being picked up. This new management is bad news. EDIT: The management has HORRENDOUS customer service. I am so disgusted with any of your garbage answers.

The place looks good. Initially I was impressed by the service of the staff. I made an appointment and Leo called me to confirm 2hrs prior. I did told him I was going to be there. I arrived at 12:02pm to the office, after finding parking. Another women walked before me. This young man talked to her and walked with her out. Someone else came out and asked me how to help me, I told her I have an appointment at 12:00pm for a tour. She told me Can you wait a few minutes we will be with you shortly. I waited about 15min. Then another staff member came out and asked me if I needed help. I told him again I had an appointment for a tour. He told me that was with Leo and he just walked out with another person sorry. I communicated my frustration since I had the appointment and the other person was the lady that just walked in front of me into the office. Very rude! So this place is out of our options… there are so many great apartments complex in the area.

Live here from July 2021 to December 2021. It was okay. I assume the pricing is typical in California so it depends on what you are comfortable with. Being from Florida, I thought it was a bit too expensive for an mediocre/average apartment, but it was spacious at least. There was a change in management and the office staff improved a lot. They are friendly, answers the phone, and seem very willing to help you out. Overall, an okay experience. Not good, not bad, just okay.
