I recently moved out of Terra Vista after 2 years and left that apt in spotless condition, confirmed by 2 inspections. I was shocked when I received the final statement including what I felt were exorbitant charges. I asked Susan in the office to re-evaluate my charges. She spent a great deal of time working with Shawn and accumulating information and speaking with the inspectors. Shawn and Susan worked with Kimberly and reversed those charges. Susan really kept me in the loop and was very patient. In all, an exceptionally surprising and wonderful end to.my story. They and Kimberly all helped to get the charges reversed and restored my faith in the Terra Vista managent.

This place is great. The leasing staff was very easy going and helpful especially Noah. The maintenance guys are very friendly and knows what they’re doing. Matt and Danny from maintenance are awesome. They’re very professional and get the work done. The only reason I am not giving the 5 stars is because laundry facility is not 24 hours and My parking spot is pretty far from my apartment.

Rob is extremely helpful he does everything quick and perfectly. He fixed my dishwasher and had a good attitude while fixing it and very fun to be around. It’s seems like he is one of the most experienced workers of terra vista apartments.whenever I have any work order I want to see rob. He came with Eric to train him and Eric did a fantastic job.I think new people should be trained by him.

Shawn and her team did an amazing job walking us through the entire application and move in process. They were quick to send maintenance to address any issues we had. I look forward to enjoying my stay.
