Not only its not included but its a complete rip off as each unit don't have their own meters .tbey just split the gross cost between units . Even if you dont use water go on vacation you are paying pretty much someone else use . The trash cost constantly goes up and you got a bunch of "user fees" . Ridiculous
None. But it is still worth it :)
