Dr Giurguis is great!!! BUT the people out front (clerks, techs) have terrible customer service. They give you an attitude all the time , as if you are bothering them ! They don’t seem to not want to help you or be there at all … Especially the heavy set lady with a chopped hair ! She’s a really rude! What’s her problem ?

I took my Cooper to this vet which we have taken my orther dog before so we liked the vet there. But this time we had to deal with this Dr Anna Drachuk and when i met her, she did not introduce herself, she didnt take me to a private room but told me there was nothing she could do for Cooper. I was in complete shock and asked her what exactly she did to make this outcome she said she looked at his color of gums and took his breathing. I told her that the stuff told me his gums where ok and why she is changing the story. She said shes the vet and this is what she does. When i told her still put in public while another customer was listening to this i told her i need to speak to my husband. She was just looking at me saying nothing just staring at me. She is very unprofessional, rude, insensitive. This is not just my dog he was my baby and if she doesnt understand the importance of that maybe this shouldn't her line of work! My husband came paid the bill and told her we dont want our dog and us to do anything with her and took our baby to another vet. I will never go back to this vet or anywhere where this Anna Drachuk is. She needs a degree in common sense and sensitive. She is terrible and horrible person and i just hope the animals in her care are better taken care of but i doubt it. I beleive in karma and she will get hers!!!!

We love Dr. Girgis and the vet team at baseline animal hospital. Very compassionate and efficient care. My dog recently had surgery here and I was very happy with the follow up care. The vet techs had great suggestions to help with home care and make her recovery easier.

This place is awesome. I went 2 Vets in my area and no one could stop the bleeding on my boxers ear. They took good care of her and reasonable.
