I have been 3 years with titanium. They have been a great company to work with. I have had cameras an alarms all throughout my home and business and they always work great. Whenever the alarm sounds i usually get a call withing 15 or 30 seconds. Its very reliable service. Theire customer services is good as well! Mrs Audrey was a very Nice person!

Last year the local security company I have used for years was bought out by a big San Diego company. They immediately tried to tell me the equipment that I had purchased years before was their equipment, which it was not, and then tried to force me into a number of very costly upgrades. On the recommendation of a friend I called Titanium security. For a far far less in the San Diego company wanted, they came and did a very professional job of installing new security equipment and upgrading my older system. My sales person, Ramon, was very diligent and responsive. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Titanium Security .

I have been serviced by Titanium for several years now. The technicians are very hardworking and helpful with comes to any issues with my system. I have recently worked with Brad to update my equipment, he has went above and beyond to ensure my family feels secure and has everything we need in our home. The system is easy to manage and the monitoring response is very quick.

I signed up with Titanium a few months ago. They have really good technicians especially Carlos. I had a lot of questions and issues but everything I called him he came over and resolved everything. I am not a savvy up to date on technology kind of person. He gave me demos and showed me very patiently how to handle my equipment properly. I'm grateful for that. I also would like to say if you need an alarm system ask for Ramon. He is very knowledgeable and will work with you accordingly to your specific needs. Thanks Ramon!

I had my bank account overdrawn because they took 68.24 twice in one month I tried calling the company and they won't answer my call they just put me on hold or they hang up its very frustrating ?

hmm.. very strange, every time I call they pick up right away..

We signed our Contract on Dec 6, 2018, and up to now we still don’t have our sky bell. For 2 months now they keep telling us they are out of stock and they will mail it to us ASAPI was told that they did some but out again

I had my system installed un July and it does not work. 3 no shows by the tech and I was told they will not cancel my contract. They breached their contract with me and they've increased my monthly bill and will not stop billing me even though I dint have a working system. I have a BBB complaint lodged against them. Maybe if we all raise our voices something will be done.

I'm tryna figure something out, do you have locations in Georgia?
