Best thing about In N Out is the consistency. Is it the best burger out there? No. But I know I'll recognize that familiar taste no matter which location at I'm at. Which is good if you are in a city you don't know and you are looking for a place to eat.

Came to dine in when it wasn’t busy around 11. They messed up my burger once. We waited a while to get another by the time my girlfriend was done eating o got my new burger that was made WRONG AGAIN. After remaking a second time they gave me the burger I put in the picture. It looks disgusting. I don’t know if they have bad management, short staffed, or new cooks but this was an AWFUL experience. I’ve never had such a bad experience. Only one worker really was courteous and sincere about the situation as the rest didn’t care much. I’m extremely disappointed. Also to add on top of that they made our fries well done like chips instead of light well.
