Honestly this company has been so disrespectful and so dishonest. The manager is obviously racist went into the office 3x’s trying to get rental issues resolved and he has the audacity to say it’s not his job to follow up after we emailed him paperwork and he said I will get back with you, never did he contact us. Then all of a sudden we are in a legal eviction! Not once was paperwork given, not once were we notified about the eviction! Let’s remind you California rental assistance was approved but this manager said it’s not my job to call and get the tasks done that are outstanding for you to get paid call corporate office Horrible won’t transfer you to a higher manager nothing so we will be hiring an attorney at this point because this ain’t right! God ain’t going let you do this….. No customer service whatsoever, horrible horrible stay away

I really enjoyed seeing this gorgeous apartment complex! I would personally like to say I enjoyed talking to the leasing consultant Karina she helped me with all my questions and she is the most sweetest person I have met!! Such a wonderful service! Definitely will be telling all my family and friends about these beautiful apartments!

I just moved here last week and this is the best apartment complex I lived in so far. The staff is really nice and helpful. The property itself is well maintained including the pools and play ground area for the kids. Very spacious apartments including the patio. My neighbors have been very friendly and it's a quiet residential area. They have a nice little gym and also have an outdoor place where you can work out (Cross-fit) gear along with a tennis court. There's a few grocery stores within a block and even a winery.

Edit: Owner/robot would rather send a standard reply on this review than to address the same issues I sent in by email. I still have not received email response. Original: One star is for apartment complex is generally maintained well. However how the office handles moving out is extremely unprofessional. We are professionals living here for only several months. We paid rent on time, kept wall clean without damage, and at moving out, we cleaned the apartment well excluding vacuuming and cleaning cupboard and appliances. Colleen, one of office staff had move out walk through with me and said wall did not need repaint. Carpet cleaning and apartment cleaning were standard and will be charged. She took pictures everywhere for proof. She gave me an estimate on the charge and expected amount on deposit refund. Later I received a bill. Not only was there no refund of deposit, there is deduction of the entire deposit plus additional charges to cover various things. The bill also said to contact property manager Eduardo Garcia for questions. When I called the management, Karina Garcia answered the phone and would not address my concern and told me to email Eduardo Garcia, the property manager. She also said everything had to be in writing. Knowing that Eduardo only responds to emails not phone by being a tenant of property, I emailed both Eduardo and Karina outlining several improper charges from the bill. However, I did not hear from any of them. In past, when I had to email Eduardo for questions, he would only reply if it is related to a particular amount I had to pay but never other questions. I expect management to review my request and revisit the bill statement and explain in writing to me as they requested me to only contact them via writing. By researching the property management R.W. Selby & Co, it has had several law suits in the past related to improper deduction of deposit. I may have to contact the company directly myself for a fair refund of deposit. New tenants moving in need to beware that move out process may not be as smooth.
