Very good customer service. Great electric guitars and mics collections. I noticed limited collection of keyboards and classical nylon acoustic guitars though. In general they are great.. They have great return policy too.

Return my phases since they came with a manufacture problem and went last week on a Friday to get an exchange and the sale person Aj told me he would hook me up with a two day shipping and haven’t gotten a tracking number or nothing called the manger today and told me nothing has been shipped or anything!! This what kind of 2 day hook up express I get from the sale person from Aj and I should be getting a tracking number knowing when they would get my house! Horrible experience and customer service at this store

The employees were helpful enough without feeling like they were watching over you or being naggy. I was able to comfortably try out several instruments and make small talk with a few employees. Everyone was very knowledgeable and gave genuine recommendations when I asked questions. A lot more of a relaxed, personal vibe compared to something like the Sam Ash store in the Ontario Mall. I’ll be coming here when it’s time to upgrade my bass setup once I move into my new place later this year.
