Teachers are great! Just to many children in the classes. Had a situation where my daughter was getting picked on by another student all the time. When the office e-mailed me about payment I said we were not returning I told them that although the teachers are amazingly talented... the classes are over populated and the attention to the kids was not there. And most of all the student behavior gets overlooked and I was not going to tolerate that. This should be a place for my daughter or any child to enjoy doing what they like... dancing. I was supposed to get a call to discuss....I am still waiting on the call.

UEDC: where do I start? It’s been my daughter’s “home away from home” for more than 8 years. It’s such a big part of her life and of our world. Not only have they provided professional dance instruction, but they have also provided a safe haven for the dance team/recreational students. This is a place where the instructors are serious about teaching technique and dance etiquette; they take interest in developing the dancer’s strengths and imparting the passion of dance as an artistic expression. While at UEDC, my daughter has developed multiple skills; amongst the most important of which are leadership and comradeship. She has also learned the importance of her role in the team’s whole and the responsibility that this entails. The girls learn to be their best selves as they learn to work as a unit. It’s been gratifying to see how the students help each other in efforts to succeed and how well they resolve conflict that is intrinsic in team sports. I’m grateful for the loving guidance with which they are taught skills and with which they are taught life values. As it’s often said... it takes a village... and this village IS like family! In summary, I highly recommend this studio for any dancer who aspires to grow in a team-family environment.

if your older than 18, you can take the hip hop 4 and hip hop 5 class. you are not able to join the competition team and they do not have any other classes specifically for adults.
