Found out when I tried to renew my license in my current state that I had something outstanding in this court from 2006, when I was passing through helping my sister move across country. I remember attempting to dispute the ticket (because it was B.S., I remember that much) but I couldn't make it back across country to appear in court, and they didn't have my mailing address so I missed anything they may have mailed to me. Even though they have since passed legislation that stops the suspension of DLs for non-payment of traffic violations (or something to that effect, I was just told this by my local DMV) this court still decided to put a hold or something on my license, add a bunch of additional fees and then sell my account to a collection agency in August 2020. 14 years later, during A PANDEMIC. I get that they have their statues and laws that say that they can do whatever it is that they are doing that is messing with people, but that doesn't make it okay. I'm trying to keep my family safe and to keep food on the table during this pandemic and these people are just piling it on at the worst time.

Very rude failed to properly inform me of the process jack up fines and continually hung up on me. Said they don’t had to inform you of the process involved. Very unprofessional

Very annoyed here. We have paid the fine and gotten confirmation 3 different times and the court is still saying they haven't received it and the customer service lady is not very nice and does not seem to want to help us any further.
