We love it here. Very happy place. Nice neighbors. Lots of people walking along the shady sidewalks with friendly "good mornings" and pets on the leash or strollers being pushed. A new playground is coming soon and pickle ball courts, and new pool baths. A quiet setting with lake views. Very well maintained. Everything you need is close at hand, shopping, restaurants, doctors, veterinarians, banks, golf, hospitals, parks, boating, beaches. Paradise found!

Nice, quiet and calm. Whenever you go on a walk, you will see other people, but not that many. Also, the tree and lake views are gorgeous!

As I understand, trucks must be parked overnight inside your garage or in the office lot.
That all depends on the allotted space that's currently there refrigerators come in all different size.
I can tell no difference with metal roof but I also agree that it will outlast conventional roofs
