Worst deceptive service ever. They had an update on their software that caused me over $50 of stamps to incorrectly print. Contacted them and was told to send it to them for refund. Sent to them with USPS delivery confirmation with their own service and followed their return instructions. Was told they never received it, even though I had confirmation of delivery. Later, was told that since nobody signed for it, it was not valid. Bunch of liars. Will never use ever again. Hope nobody else gets scammed from these cheaters. You may save a few bucks in the short run, but in the long run, they will rob you blind. Just use USPS official website directly if you want to buy postage. It may not be the best, but it is 10X better that this poor excuse of a business.

This is the buggiest software I've ever used.

FRAUD! They have been charging a governmental bank account for the last few months without sending any invoices.

This business comes off more like a startup that a teenager is doing in their garage than any sort of legitimate corporation. Signed up for their service, paid money for their equipment, and received non-functioning goods. Had to literally spend over 2 hours trying to get a hold of a person. When I did they provided an address for me to pay the shipping to return the items to. After paying 15 bucks out of pocket to return the faulty merchandise, the whole box came back to me as address unknown. This is supposed to be the official mailing service associated with USPS. You would think they could find the address. I just threw everything away and gave up on the refund, not wasting any more of my time on this ludacris business.

Hi Rosalie, The cost of a one-ounce USPS postage stamp is $0.55 at the Post Office. If you print postage online, you receive a $0.05 discount and only pay $0.50 for a one ounce stamp. Additional ounces, both at the Post Office and printing postage online, is $0.15. Hope this helps! Eric, Stamps.com Support
Write to the State Attorney General. You can probably do it online.
