I have been living here almost three years. I was looking for certain amenities and a safe place. The amenities are great. It is quiet and I definitely feel safe. They told me when I moved in maintenance requests would be handled within 24 hours.They also take good care of the property. Almost three years later and that is still happening. The staff provides excellent customer service. Del Mar is a wonderful place to live.

Living here for 2yrs, what started out as a good experience, sadly quickly turn to the worst experience ever. Basically every tenant here is allowed to do whatever they want, Del Mar is not able to do anything about any situation. Supposedly there are rules, not being enforced and no one follows. Unsafe area to live in.

Not work from home friendly. Lots of maintenance issues, scheduled work directly from management. It is really tough for me to work from home, when at least once a month I have maintenance in my apartment for more than 1 hour at a time. When talking with the community manager about this, they were pretty clear that they were going to do what they wanted. Personally, I will be looking into how to break my lease and leave this apartment. That or I need to find a job that doesn't ask me to work from home.
