Very cool neighborhood with a small town type feel. Community has many great amenities, and a community pool with a couple water slides and climbing element for kids. Plenty of space and chairs to just lounge in, and a portion of the pool you can do laps in. With all the cars parked on the road it’s a bit tight on some of the streets, but still passable one direction at a time at least. With the sidewalks and walking trail it’s not as much of a hazard as most neighborhoods, but I still wish they were wider. Food trucks come periodically during the summer, there’s planned events, bands play at the amphitheater on occasion, and lots of families with kids. I’ve found that there are lots of friendly people, and the neighbors generally seems to both mind their own business, but look out for each other at the same time.
