Never have I met more disrespectful and bipolar person as Nancy Fisher. I have spoken with many other residents of the two communities she manages and not a single person has one good thing to say about her. She is constantly harassing people. She has threatened people, myself included. She will not take responsibility for her lack of competence. The old hag needs to retire quite frankly. Both communities would be much better off and I'm sure all the residents would agree. Do yourself a favor and don't consider these communities.

I lived at brookside village.i do not recommend this place.the manager nancy Fisher is a very mean person.she lies alot.she loves to harrassed people.there is no privacy there.she treated my mom who was on bipap badly.

Both, Brookside Village and Pleasant View Estates are not like other trailer parks in Columbia County. The property manager does background checks and are really cautious not to allow certain people as tenant. The homes are well taken care of and the property is well maintained. There is a curfew within the park and you won't find children running around all hours of the night.
