I've called left messages requesting call back for appointment. Wait...Nothing....call again.. wait......no return call. Makes you wonder if she can't even return a call how she'd be as a counselor. Doesn't look good. Time to look for someone who will answer their phone or return calls. BAD IMPRESSION!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL.

I had to select a star otherwise no stars for me. Very unprofessional. Had an appointment, drove 40 minutes to her office to find a note on the door “ due to illness, appointments for today canceled”. What about a phone call to your clients? Tried calling her to schedule an appointment, leave messages and she doesn’t return your call. Find a real provider. Don’t waste your time.
