Substandard build quality that can even be seen in the model homes. There are even nail pop-outs(from rusted nails) in the drywall already. The wainscoting looks nice from a distance, but bad up close. The floorplans are modern but leave more to be desired in terms of bedroom size on some plans. Their interior designer clearly tried to squeeze in extra items around the place that made little sense like the in-law tripping side table in front of the bathroom.

Realtor is not needed. You can come to the development and talk to the management here. There are model homes too.
Bayberry has ranch style homes. You can choose to build on the North side or the South side. South side is a 55+.
The south side (Ponds at Bayberry (55+) has a pool and clubhouse. The north side which is regular single family homes has a nice lake house but no pool.
You can have up to 4 domestic pets. If you want to fence your yard, heights are restricted to 48 inches.
Yes, there are models with driveways in the front. If you come into the Model home, the representatives can answer configuration questions and HOA.
