When you order everything supreme and nothing was supreme. Spend almost $10 on a number 2 supreme just to get 3 regular tacos. Crunchwrap supreme, yet again no supreme, taco supreme, no supreme. No sign on the front door saying what time they were closed, we got there at 843pm and the door was locked, yet there was 2 customers sitting in there eating.

Ordered Uber eats because frankly not about cooking. After the elderly gentleman dropped our food we noticed two items were missing. We let him know and he went back. They legit argued with him and told him he recieved the order in full. My husband went back in person, which completely defeats the purpose and they treated him like he was trying to get 2 free items, which we were being charged for. As a retail person myself, sometimes 12 bucks is 12 bucks you comp it or have the decency to say my bad. These employees are trash. I get the job market is not overflowing but people you choose for management should be able to verbalize or accommodate small issues like this. It's unfortunate, and doesn't make a difference, but this location is ridiculous.

Long line in drive thru, Missing one of my items, Food cold, and found a hair in my quesadilla which wasn’t cooked all the way.

Why on earth do you guys keep locking the entrance. Here at Taco Bell, they can apparently choose to lock their doors depending on the employee moods. Ordered online and had to wait at a drive thru when I could’ve just walked in and got my order and left. I don’t expect anything to change since it’s just cheap fast food. Just some food for thought.
