EXTREMELY slow drive through after 10pm. Took 15 minutes just to place order, another 15 to pick up food.

I usually don't have a bad experience here but today I did. Ordered breakfast at about 10:15 am at home. I live 5 minutes from this McDonald's. Got there was in line got to the speaker have our code they told us to pull to the window. I looked at the time when we were at the window and they told us we were not able to get our order because it was passed 10:30. It was literally 10:31 and we were at the first window. We were told we could not get breakfast. Canceled our order and went to Tam's. Super disappointed with the customer service. Tried to file a complaint but everything I wrote disappeared when I tried to chose the right location. Uggh. Not happy.

They are very good at following guidelines for covid 19.
They are not breaking the law. "Assembly Bill 1884 prohibits full-service restaurants from providing single-use plastic straws unless they are requested."
