LUV BRIDAL exceeded all of my expectations!! I originally picked my wedding dress at David’s Bridal. It was the first place I went & I had found a dress that I really liked. Even thought it was THE ONE. A week before I was supposed to meet for alternations I got a feeling to call David’s Bridal and they had canceled my dress. I had to rethink my everything as my wedding is in three months so after some googling, I found LUV BRIDAL. They booked me an appointment for the same day and it was a very easy process. When I first arrived I was greeted by two friendly women, one of which was my bridal stylist JO. JO has such a warm and welcoming personality. She immediately made me feel super comfortable. She let me look at the dresses, offered my guests and myself drinks and snacks at a really comfortable distance while I got a feel for the store. When I was ready she got moving on picking dresses I had liked but also gave me some suggestions based on a few I had shown her. I think in total we picked about 7-8 dresses. We immediately started to try on dresses, every single dress I tried was beautiful. This shop really does have something for everyone and the quality based on the David’s Bridal was SO amazing! Every dress was incredibly comfortable. JO helped me try on every dress with such care. She loves her job and you can tell, she puts such love into her brides and that love even extended into my guests. JO was just incredible and I can’t say enough good things about her. I found THE ONE at LUV BRIDAL and it was one of JO’s suggestions. Both my guests cried, JO was on the verge of tears… it was collectively the most beautiful moment in my journey of wedding planning. I am so happy I found LUV BRIDAL & even more happy I found my beautiful wedding dress. It fits my venue and theme to the T. I am so grateful I found JO, she has left a permanent mark on my heart. And very lastly, this store offers off the rack, my dress just so happened to be off the rack with a perfect fit. It doesn’t even need alterations and I got to take my dress that day so no worries on canceling or anything bad happening to my dress! Thank you LUV BRIDAL

I went in 2 months or less before my wedding . They accommodated and we’re super helpful even with limited resources and time . I would recommend this bridal store over many that are in the area ! The others that were in the area , in particular were not helpful at all ! Super snooty and were not willing to offer any options! So this place was a definitely a blessing ! :)

I had a good experience at Luv Bridal. My stylist Liv was very patient with me. She knew exactly what to put me in based on my criticism of the dresses I didn’t like. I chose the 4th dress I was placed in. The only reason for the one star off was the choice of selection. I wish the Rancho location had way more inventory to get off the rack for a size 14. I felt like there were only minimal choices for me to try on and actually fit me.
