Dont live here. I have called and put in maintenance requests multiple times to get our ac fixed. Every time they just say its because its a big unit. The unit never gets under 85 degrees even with the ac on. We had moths all over our ceilings for months kept telling staff about it and they would "spray" but the moths would stay. I have given up expecting them to do anything to help. Be warned pay attention to what people are saying.

Easily the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Their leasing agent told me incorrect information about parking and then they towed my car at 3 in the morning for my first parking offense. I’ve reported issues with my neighbors since last year … they’ve done nothing. If you want to live here get everything in writing and be sure to have the contact information for higher ups. Multiple other tenants are reporting the same issues but they are acting as if every one’s experience is a lie. They also told me if it’s not in writing then they won’t follow it, even when they tell you incorrect information. I will continue to post reviews for everything they do because I pay rent on time and mine my business and at this point it is harassment. Please be aware of this place. The prices are not worth it. The office doesn’t do their job. The white paint job they slapped on the apartments make it look nice from the outside but the apartment complex itself will be a pain. LOL at the response below. My partner definitely called about having no parking and stated there’s many people in violation. We have photos of cars parked in the red overnight that never get towed. This apartment is a JOKE. None of them do anything but make excuses. Don’t live here. I’ve reported over 20 times that my neighbors have been stomping, their dog has urinated on my patio, they’ve left the dog out at 3am. This whole complex is incompetent INCLUDING the response below. Y’all rob people for their money worse than the government. There is nothing for us to discuss because you all refuse to solve my issue. I definitely will be leaving once my lease is up and will share my experience. I’ve given ample amount of opportunities to solve the issue.

This is worst apartment I’ve ever rented from. Paint is cheap inside units and comes right off if cleaned too much or scratched . The laminate floors throughout unit oozes out glue from within cracks . If you’re unit is downstairs you will hear everything the upstairs unit does including stomping and etc.. complaints to front office does nothing . The apartment manager is bias , petty and very unprofessional. We have input multiple complaints none of them has been resolved. Also your car may get towed with parking sticker In the window and registered to the unit as with no reason or justification for situations not even a sorry or reason of compensation 👎🏾 “The worst apartment ever”

I love living here very safe and clean apartment complex. The staff and maintenance are wonderful people. The parking situation isn’t as it once was before has definitely gotten better to compared have it once was 2 years ago. Yvette in the front office is very helpful and amazing
