MECU Credit Union - Dundalk Branch

I have been trying to get my lien release from MECU for more than a week. I called the person at the Dundalk branch and was told she would call me back. I called and left four different messages over 3 days. No response. I have no idea what is taking so long and am very frustrated that I can't get any help from MECU. How hard is it to call me and give me a status? I was assured that it would be 1-2 days for the lien release to be delivered to the branch. It has been a week. Terrible experience with MECU customer service.

Been a customer since 2007. Having a savings account, loans and other things. Since the pandemic, this bank makes you make an appointment for everything! I do not feel like MECU is a safe place to store your money. They can’t grow their business if they require people to do appointments for anything that helps their business. Seems like a terrible future for MECU. I would suggest going elsewhere and not setting up an account with them until they show that they are thriving again.

Unbelievable that they'll literally reject a check because "they feel like it" no logical reason behind it, just because they feel like it. Pathetic!

They declined a payment when I had enough funds in my account to pay for it, then decided to charge me a $30 overdraft fee and refused to refund it. Pathetic bank, I guess they have to pay their employees some how. I will be going to do business somewhere else.
