Great hotel with exceptional service staff. We enjoyed our stay and the convenience of walking to the convention center for a conference and all the nearby restaurants and shops. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again next time we are in San Diego.

The staff were all very nice and attentive. We asked the valet for recommendations on the local sights and sounds. They were always enthusiastic and we went to a few spots they recommended and they were spot on. Front desk crew were always friendly and we felt like even though it's a large resort, the staff always made it feel like you were the only person staying there. The room was nice and the view was beautiful. The hotel has a bridge that connects to Petco Park stadium and it's located in downtown across from the convention center. It's a nice place to come back to at the end of a long day of sight seeing. I'd recommend staying here if you're from out of town. Definitely will visit again!

Very nice hotel. I was lucky enough to have an ocean view. From the valet gentlemen to the lady's at the front desk. It was a very positive experience. There is so much to see, do and eat, within walking distance. That you probably will not need you vehicle for your stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Therese at the hotel restaurant was exceptional with her customer service. Definitely a fun and beautiful experience. I became an Omni Hotel Ambassador. Will be back next month!
