6 1/2 months ago we had a fire and flood in our home and were displaced or so we thought. My husband, son and I walked in as guests at this hotel, but this journey ended up being so much more than that. I met the General Manager Rick within the first week of being there, he let me know if there was anything we needed to let him know. He was beyond helpful on many occasions, which during this trying time we appreciated. Truly incredible. I cannot say enough about his Team in every department. Joey in group reservations assist us more times than I can count for us to extend our stay due to things taking longer, always with a helpful hand. Fantastic customer service. The front desk staff is Absolutely Amazing. Thank you to Nicole, Zuleyka, Nora, Jackie, Jami, Alex, Wellington, Cynthia, John, Sean and anyone else I may have missed. So many wonderful heartfelt memories with all of you. Housekeeping staff was wonderful, always available to do whatever was needed and with a smile. The housemen-William, Enio, Hector and all others were always going out of their way to accommodate and bring us anything that we requested. The breakfast was fantastic, never had to rush to make something in the morning, just went down stairs and there was a delicious array of breakfast foods and drinks. Staff was great, they always had a bag ready for me to get what I needed before I started my day. There is so much more I can say about our stay, however, I will leave you all with this. We walked as guests and now have an Awesome group of people that we call family. The love and gratitude that we feel for our new found family is beyond immeasurable.
