The fact that I need to apply for the subsidy and not be eligible for being an Uber driver feels very discriminatory. It is a decent job for which taxes are reported transparently and it is far from committing a crime. All the 4Cs rules make it very clear that I will be eligible when I no longer need them.

Thanks to 4C’S they have been helping me thru the years since my daughter has been 2 and half years old (2017). Right now my daughter is 5 years old and thank God they are still helping me thru this struggle that we are facing now with COVID-19. Communication with them has been thru the phone and thru the email. It’s been rough for me getting my paperwork process, but they are helping. Thank you for the great service over the phone. Thank you to the caseworker “Colon” for helping me like you have been doing. I definitely appreciate it.
