Can't schedule over the internet (buttons don't work) or by phone (rings go unanswered). There's also no one to email about this, so I'm leaving this review in the hopes that someone from Kroger's will fix this.

Front desk was very unhelpful when trying to have records sent over elsewhere, she was not willing to fax them over because she could not take the time out to “learn” how to work a fax machine. It was very inconvenient for me to finally go to another location of “my little clinic” to have someone else try and do the job she was paid to do.

This is NOT a walk-in clinic! I repeat, this is NOT a walk-in clinic! They force you to make an appointment so that if you don't show up, they can charge you for the missed appointment. I've tried to "walk in" four different times now and the "nurse" tells me each time that they don't have time to see me and I'll have to make an appointment. I suggest Kroger stick to what they do well and sell groceries instead of pretending they're capable of healthcare. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

I had three infected bug bites with purple and red rash, rings around them, two close to my eye causing swelling and eye irritation. Went in on Wednesday and was told no walk-ins, so made an appointment for the next day. When I got there the nurse said she won't give me anything or an antibiotic for them and they didn't look infected to her. Though she never took me back to the exam room and she "examined" me over the desk top with the computers and regististration and dark lighting. Ridiculous. I had two registered nurses tell me to go get an oral antibiotic for these. Be warned that even if you have an appointment they won't give everyone the time or energy. It was probably time for her lunch. I could have gone to another urgent care and had an antibiotic, yesterday. Now scrambling to find somewhere else.
