EVERY ONE PLEASE READ!!! I was in the hospital 5/5 getting double knee replacement surgery done. While recovering I looked up brads Chevrolet in cottage Grove. It asked what I wanted so I typed in everything. Next morning a salesman called back.his name is Alan nydam. Him and I worked on getting a 4x4 while I was in recovery. Knowing I cannot drive he never gave up on any request I had. On Sunday eve I was sent home. He called me Monday and started this process again. He could have gave up on us like good ol Lou glutz did or Tru selling me a pile of junk like best value tried. Nope he hung in there even when he went home. We got everything finished Monday at 5pm when my wife got home from work. Alan arrived it took 10 min to sign and he was off. I now have a beautiful 4x4. Brads is our new home. Alan is now family lol.. amazing place and amazing salesman. Delivered my rig and picked up my trade in. 2002 yukon. Alan Nydam you are the best salesman I've ever dealt with thank you so much. Be proud..

I rarely review a car dealership but Brad deserved a 5 star review. Joseph made the experience of selling our used Escape and buying a minivan a delight. Easy doesn't describe it. No tedious sales pitch or long drawn out sales agreement process. I will definitely be back when it is time to upgrade my pickup. Thanks to Brad and Joseph.

I didn't plan on driving out of Brad's in my own wheels but Joseph who did all the leg work, all the back & forth talking, and managed to keep telling me that we'll figure it out! And still keep me from passing out with excitement and some fear. He was great! Everyone was real nice it was a place that was on my list of 3 to choose from to buy a vehicle. He even drove my new car to my house it was amazing full tank of gas. Now Mama got her own whip, it wasn't my first choice but I really feel like the car chose me. It's cute as hell I love it. You want to be taken care of looked in the eye and told that everything will work out... well then Brad's Chevy in Cottage Grove is where you need to go!

This is the best place to buy cars, period. I'm an older guy and have been buying cars for 47 years. First, the inventory at Brad's is like being in an adult candy shop, all sizes, types, colors, prices and deals you could ever want. It so hard to make a decision which one you want. Every car I have purchased there has performed well for me. Only once have I needed to use my warranty for repairs and the service department had me in and out with a quality job in no time. I have especially enjoyed the sales staff, they are as crazy as I am. Very friendly and really know their stuff. When you get your sales person, don't think he's the only one helping you, they all are and you get to know many of them and they're all very colorful characters. On occasion you get to meet Brad, extremely friendly, knows a bit about everything and he always has time for you. The sales managers work hard for you getting the best deal and help you put your best foot forward. They have always done better than expected and my payments have been very affordable and prices are fair. Get out to Brad's before you make your next car decision. The popcorn is great and it's free!!
